Kreeda strives to deliver products purchased from us, in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are determined by the delivery address chosen at the point of purchase.

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address as specified at the time of payment for the order. If you wish to ship products to different locations, you will need to place multiple orders.

Order Confirmation & Shipping:

Once your order is placed, you will receive the complete details of your order by email. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If for any reason, due to prior sales, the item is not in stock, a Kreeda representative will contact you immediately. At this time, you can choose to change or cancel your order.

The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. This will also display the amount paid and the shipping address.

Kreeda strives to ship your order within a maximum of 7 working days of placing the order. The delivery time will be dependent on the location from which the order originated. All our orders go through a courier company, and the shipping rates are subject to their terms and conditions.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item to you or cancel the order. Please note that if items are undelivered due to unavailability of recipient or wrong shipping address provided, we reserve the right to charge the shipping fees.

Although we are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day. We regret that this is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Tracking the order

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us. The tracking number will be sent to you in a follow up email. You can use the tracking number to track your order online through the website of our couriers. The Kreeda team will also track the order in parallel, till the same is delivered to you.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, kindly ensure that you make note of the same while signing for delivery. Kindly inform the courier deliver boy and Kreeda immediately about the same. This will help us track and follow up and ensure that the damages are replaced at the earliest.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to an administration fee whether or not your order is shipped. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

If the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
